According to Marzano there is three related areas which create an effective pedagogy; the instructional strategies used by teachers, the management techniques used by the teacher, and the curriculum designed by the teacher. For this reason he has chosen to focus on 10 main questions throughout his book. Each chapter is specific to discussing one question at a time.
